最初から緊迫感のある音色とメロディですね。サビの部分はやる気のない浮遊感のある歌い方と激情が交互に来るような、速くはないですが忙しい曲ですね。歌詞は全体的に混乱しているような印象を受けますが「ページをめくる」とありますから、作られた物語の中を生きている人の歌っぽい気がします。ページをめくるは運命には抗えないということなのか、時間は平等に過ぎていくということなのかはわかりませんが、そんななか悲痛な世界で生きている状態っぽいです。そのなかで１：２６秒あたりから「ほうれん草、あざーす」と聞こえるところがこの曲の大事なポイントだと思われます。歌詞にもぐるぐる回るとあるように、もしかすると鉄分が足りなくてめまいや立ちくらみが起こっているので、鉄分豊富なほうれん草をありがたがっているのかもしれません。
